Stage To Sell

Sometime after 5pm on Veteran's Day they came to my door not in any kind of uniform and without nametags--it was after 5, so I thought they were neighbors. They were offering a free carpet cleaning and were talking so fast I came to understand (erroneously) that they were from a carpet cleaning company. They stayed in my home for more than two hours (when we, like every other military family in this area on Veteran's Day had dinner plans) and one of the salesmen caused minor damage to some of my property. The owner came to my home the next day and was still trying to sell me the vacuum, which I didn't like. Instead of apologizing for his rude salespeople or taking my complaints seriously, he defended his business practices. If they come into your home (they will) and say they're from S&S, just turn them away. They are rude, unprofessional charlatans. I thought my unpleasant experience was unique, but I can see here that I am not alone. Pros: Are you kidding? Cons: ""Demo"" takes forever, they're unprofessional, they're rude.. more

This co. goes door to door offering to clean a room of carpet in your home for free. They come in do their presentation are fast talkers and before you know it you have financed a vacume cleaner to the amount of over $2,000 at an outrageous interest rate.They prey on seniors citizens as they took my elderly in-laws to the cleaners as well as stealing there other practically new, perfectly good vacum. There defense was they thought she was trading it in. This came only after denying they had taken it but with the threat of a law suite they found it.\r If theese guys come to your neighborhood in there van call the police.\r Pros: I am sure the Kirby vacum is a good product Cons: There sales approach is horrible more

This is a horrible company. They came door to door and said they were offering a free cleaning as a way to advertise thier company. Sounds to good to be true right, well it was. We took off work to be there when they came. My girlfriend actually made brownies to give to them for doing the service for us. Long story short they never showed, and they didn't call. We called them but no one answered. It is a shame for them to because i actually told a couple of my friends about the deal and they said that they would use them for their homes if they did a good job for us.
