I, too, have not received my deposit or statement of damages within the legal ""14 day"" window. I'm filing suit tomorrow. Management turned over five times in my 18 months there. Managers don't control tenants, recent narcotics bust on property, satelite is constantly out for days, weeks on end. Owners have no regard for the law or how to run a business. Owner retaliated against me for trying to make him abide by what is his legal duty and obligation!! I've watched them patch over drywall that has a leak under it -- even to my complaints. Everytime it rains it leaks again and they come and drywall again. I would not reccomend this place to anybody!

Cons: Poor Management, Uneducated business owner
