I am the groomer for bark-n-bean and despite the very explosive accusations made in the previous comment I strive very hard to give all of my clients the attention that they deserve. When a client is running 20 minutes behind on their appointment without calling, I often ask them to reschedule in order to serve the next appointment as well as the late dog as professionally as possible.It takes time to make dogs beautiful and I intend to give every dog the time and attention that they deserve by allotting a proper appointment time for them. This person actually DID reschedule for the following morning which she again did not show for. I am honored to groom any dog at anytime so long as I have the opportunity to give your pet my best :) thank you, Heather
