I am the groomer for bark-n-bean and despite the very explosive accusations made in the previous comment I strive very hard to give all of my clients the attention that they deserve. When a client is running 20 minutes behind on their appointment without calling, I often ask them to reschedule in order to serve the next appointment as well as the late dog as professionally as possible.It takes time to make dogs beautiful and I intend to give every dog the time and attention that they deserve by allotting a proper appointment time for them. This person actually DID reschedule for the following morning which she again did not show for. I am honored to groom any dog at anytime so long as I have the opportunity to give your pet my best :) thank you, Heather more

After arriving 5 mins late to a 2:00 pm appointment scheduled online, we received word that our appointment was given to somebody else because were were and I quote ""17 mins late"". I checked the time on my cell phone which read 2:20 pm and this was after 10 mins of waiting with nobody even saying anything to me at the front desk (not even a hello how are you), 5 mins of me and my husband going back and forth with the staff about our appointment time and the time we arrived after being ignored. We left with an an overall feeling that we, as a African American family were not welcome there an have decided to not patronize this establishment. more

this place may be good for a dog wash, or washing your dog yourself but if you care what your dog looks like, dont get them groomed there. the staff was nice, but they butchered my dog. they only cut her face hair, cut off her ears completely and left her body completely un trimmed. i dont know what kind of dryer they ""used"" but her hair normally comes out straight from grooming or when i dry her myself and shes as curly as ever. i also noticed dirt in her tail that was there before i took her in. oh and instead of trying to brush out her mats, they just shaved every spot she had one. she literally has bald spots all over her body. it was cheap, and now i know why. more
