I've read the other reviews and find it hard to believe that you would think that for the prices they charge that you'd be getting a high quality item. Sometimes you have to be real about what you need and want.
So if you are looking for something of high individual type quality maybe you need to look at the ""mall"" environment for it.
As far as this particular Walmart - I have never had a problem returning an item (even w/o the receipt). There are times they seem short handed and you may have to wait for help, but then again it is a large, heavily used store. Again - if you want/need someone to jump to attention because you are there - - - then you need to move on to another store.
As far as my family is concerned it is helpful to have this store in the area when in need of an item that only they have, rather than running all the way into Waukesha, Milwaukee, etc.
