I'll be blunt. I paid for a printing and mailing. I included friends and relatives int he list to make sure it was mailed. None of my friends and relatives ever got the thing. They swear up and down it was mailed or dropped or whatever but now I'm out some money and have nothing to show for it. Went to a competitor nearby and they were able to get my job run and mailed no problem and every one got a copy. Go figure.
Pros: Was easy enought to get my files to them
Cons: Took forever and a day to get a quote, recipients never got the flyer
