I'm a real person. My name is Sal Costello (google me). I'm a national award winning creative director that has been using Austex for about 8 years for printing and mailing. I've lived all over the country, and used dozens of printers. Hands down, Austex is the best. Best printing, best price, best people to work with. After 7 years in Austin, TX, I moved a year ago, and none of the local printers were able to please me the way Austex has. So, I still use them long distance. I'll be blunt. I paid for a printing and mailing. I included friends and relatives int he list to make sure it was mailed. None of my friends and relatives ever got the thing. They swear up and down it was mailed or dropped or whatever but now I'm out some money and have nothing to show for it. Went to a competitor nearby and they were able to get my job run and mailed no problem and every one got a copy. Go figure.
