I'm guessing after being there though the summer and getting your air conditioning bill because they wont update the units. My bill ran at $300 plus this pass summer without dropping below 85. On a one bedroom apt. I use blinds, room darking curtains and then added black out shades.
Seems like every other month I will get a note stuck in the door saying I'm late . When instead they have added my rent to someone else's account. The maintance would show up quickly, but just to Rige it never fix it. This place is hell. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Oh an when they owe you a refund ... You can forget it I've been waiting since sept. always blaming it on the corp office.
