Great Place to Live! 4/18/2011

on the contrary to the other 2 rvws--i have lived there since january and am loving it. it is quiet and peaceful, most of the tenants seem responsible for their areas/pets/trash etc. and the one time i needed maintenance to fix my freezer, they were there the next day! the apartments are older, but i feel like every effort has been made to update and keep current and clean, as reflected in the price. it is a great option if you want the nice neighborhood of trophy club and the super school district w/out the fluff of high-price apartment living! very satisfied! more

Worst Experience 4/6/2011

The management is the worst and they don't hear you for anything. Really really worst experience to live there. If got any issues, they will always ask for money. All the appliances are really really old, so the electricity bill will be too high here. Water bill is the second most big issue, it will come around 70-80$ per month, without too much using. I was out for whole month and I have to gave 80$ for water bill. Didn't hear you for anything. WORST EXPERIENCE... Please please please don't select these apartment even for FREE... more

Stay away 10/11/2010

I'm guessing after being there though the summer and getting your air conditioning bill because they wont update the units. My bill ran at $300 plus this pass summer without dropping below 85. On a one bedroom apt. I use blinds, room darking curtains and then added black out shades. Seems like every other month I will get a note stuck in the door saying I'm late . When instead they have added my rent to someone else's account. The maintance would show up quickly, but just to Rige it never fix it. This place is hell. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Oh an when they owe you a refund ... You can forget it I've been waiting since sept. always blaming it on the corp office. more
