I can't say enough about the professionalism of this spa. I got lost on my way to my first appointment and Joyce stayed on the phone with me for 10 minutes while she directed me to the spa. Oh...and I was 15 minutes late and they didn't even mention it.
But what really won me over was the laser hair removal. My skin is very sensitive and I had tried two other locations but the treatments hurt and my skin was red and swollen for days after. The laser at Advanced Laser Concepts was sooo much more comfortable and my skin only stayed red for about an hour, no swelling either.
I am not going anywhere else for laser hair removal and I recommend you don't either
