Buying some real estate in a crowded area like NYC is a tough challenge. You can do it yourself but I truly believe you should hire a specialist whenever you can because you avoid making bad deals and ending up crying like I’ve seen so many people do. I was fortunate to rely on good information from someone who was knowledgeable about the market and avoid those silly mistakes. Before moving from Tampa in Florida where I lived, my business associate gave me his Elika Associates business card and told me to call them which I did. A week later I was in NYC to visit the condos and make my final choice.
