I am blown away by the attention to detail, level of service, and unique perspective you receive when you work with Elika Associates (Gea and the entire wonderful staff) for purchasing NY real estate.\r

Since they only represent the buyer, you benefit from a unique level of commitment and focus that other realtors simply cannot match. At no poin in the process did I have to worry that the seller's interest would trump my own.\r

I wasn't shown endless places, the staff of Elika vetted them very, very thoroughly and I only saw 3 places before making my choice. Before they even started the search, they asked an extensive list of questions, took tons of information, and used my preferences to narrow down the list of potential properties to a handful of choices, based on exactly what I wanted.\r

The whole process couldn't have been easier for me. It really couldn't. By using Elika, I saved so much time and money - they really are a real estate buyer's dream. From me, they come very highly recommended.
