I was very hesitant for my husband to take me to what I assumed was an urgent care facility when there's a reputable ER/hospital the same distance away. But in my weakened condition, he took me to First Choice ER. I was shocked at how quickly I was taken to a room, seen by an RN, seen by a Dr, received blood results and had another consult with the doctor. That would have never happened at the hospital. I even received a follow-up call by another doctor the next day! Little did I know that First Choice isn't an urgent care facility; they operate like a hospital. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND First Choice ER in Plano.
