I just read the last review and I was also scammed by this company. We had them come out to fix our dryer. The ""repairman"" was at our house 15 minutes and told us it needed a part and he would order the part. He told us the part would be in within 2 days and he would call us. HE NEVER CALLED. I then called him 3 days later and he said, ""I just have to get the correct part number"". The dryer has all the part numbers listed in their repair manual which he had to look at when he was at our house! He then said he would order the part and have it shipped Next Day service. We never heard from them again! We gave up and used a different repair company in Warwick, NY.
WE WERE SCAMMED AND OUT $70 FOR ABSOLUTELY NO REPAIR. HORRIBLE COMPANY, BEWARE-DO NOT USE THEM!
