A A Quality Appliance Repairs

I called this company in early September. The repairman looked at the appliance and said he would order the parts. I have called 3 times since. It is now end of November. They don't call back and you have to be on top of them all the time. Very unprofessional !! Please be aware!! I now need to get another company to do the job and start from the beginning. WHY do they take the job if they have no intention to follow through. more

I just read the last review and I was also scammed by this company. We had them come out to fix our dryer. The ""repairman"" was at our house 15 minutes and told us it needed a part and he would order the part. He told us the part would be in within 2 days and he would call us. HE NEVER CALLED. I then called him 3 days later and he said, ""I just have to get the correct part number"". The dryer has all the part numbers listed in their repair manual which he had to look at when he was at our house! He then said he would order the part and have it shipped Next Day service. We never heard from them again! We gave up and used a different repair company in Warwick, NY. WE WERE SCAMMED AND OUT $70 FOR ABSOLUTELY NO REPAIR. HORRIBLE COMPANY, BEWARE-DO NOT USE THEM! more

Repairman had no idea how to open our washing machine that was locked closed. Then, he told us he would call the next day with the part our machine needed...surprise...we never heard from him. We called 2 days later and was told ""he needed to be sure it was the correct part"". Have they ever heard of Google? We are going to call another company and try and get the $70 back that they charged for the no service call. I will give you specifics if you would like to contact me, but please don't get scammed like we did. more
