I'm not sure what the other tenants are talking about because I have been living here for almost 8 months now and have not had a single problem. The apartments are clean and comfortable and maintanence takes care of all problems immediatly. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and in a great location. Not to mention that the pool never crowded or rowdy so it's perfect for relaxing or small kids.
