I'm not sure what the other tenants are talking about because I have been living here for almost 8 months now and have not had a single problem. The apartments are clean and comfortable and maintanence takes care of all problems immediatly. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and in a great location. Not to mention that the pool never crowded or rowdy so it's perfect for relaxing or small kids. more

Great Place to live 6/21/2009

I lived in a top floor single apt for two years at Pinecrest. The apt. was clean, quiet, and maintance fixed any problems quickly. I left for work by 7:30 am each morning and the parking lot was always plowed or in the process of. Pool was quiet and perfect for laying out. Located right behind Wegmans, its a great location. I moved to save money, otherwise Id still be living there... Pros: Maintance was great! Cons: Price more
