I recently had my hair done at Simply Irresistible by Debbie. I am extremely dissatisfied with the quality of hair that she used for the bonds. After I wash it, the hair snarls so badly that I have to break some of the hair off to get the knots out. I have used several different shampos, conditioners, oils and detangling sprays and nothing seems to work. After I brush it, within two hours parts of the hair looks like a rats nest. It is matted and tangled. I have had several different hair dressers look at the hair and they all concluded that it is very poor quality hair. I feel like the product is misrepresented. I was led to believe that this is the top of the line hair. This hair has been nothing but problematic to me and feels synthetic. I paid $1000 for the hair and the service and am extremely dissatisfied. I am also dissatisfied with Debbie's lack of customer service skills. I called to let her know how I couldn't even brush through the hair and said it was an emergency. I was pushed off on the assistant. I asked if I could speak with Debbie and I was told ""If Debbie has time"". I paid $1000 for my hair and she couldn't take time to look at what a mess it was. I felt like I was mistreated and brushed off and was forced to go to a new hair dresser who said the problem could not be fixed because the hair is of poor quality. The only way it could be fixed is to take the bonds out. I won't even pay Debbie or her assistant to take the bonds out. I would never again give that salon any of my business.
