Water Smoke & Mold Removal gave me a competitive price and very, very good quality work. But they're not only a price, they've also got a fast response. They initially told me they could come in three days, but they ended up being available in one and a half.
The technician stayed until the air was completely clear and the project was completed. Everything was amazing and worth the price. But again, it's not just the price, consider the people. They're the best. The tech did a great job. I believe he genuinely cared about my company and the building.
He had a detailed way of thinking, which he said comes from his background in architecture. There's a lot of people who clean water and mold damage with high school diplomas, but I think the overqualified people do a better job. He was a very smart, detailed guy, and I recommend them for everybody's water damage. Other companies could learn a few things from his estimate, scheduling, and really everything.
