Jack Corry and his team from Water Smoke & Mold Removal did an outstanding job with the remediation project by removing all mold that was at the time behind my kitchen cabinets. When Jack came by the home to look at the issue along with providing me an estimate of cost for the repair, I was a bit nervous about the entire situation. Jack was very professional and encouraged me everything was going to be ok. Once the project got started and by removing the kitchen cabinets to get to the affected area were the mold was growing on the wall his team did everything to solve the problem and to help minimize cost. Once the remediation project was completed, Jack lined up his contact for a final mold exam providing multiple tests, air samples and a swab test. At that time Jack also encouraged me everything was going to be ok and that both lab tests where going to pass. Once we received the passing results from the lab we were now cleared for the build back of the kitchen cabinets. We've used Water, Smoke & Mold Removal twice. The first time, we did a very large mold remediation project in a home. They did a great job. They are compassionate, personable, they do what they say, and the rates are fair. The last time, they got out right away on a weekend. Both tech people who were here at different times were very professional. They explained things to us and did a great job. The cleanup was done with the least amount of invasiveness. They did a great job, and we really trust them. My family has very severe mold allergies, so we have to have somebody we trust to take care of these problems. more

Water Smoke & Mold Removal came out quickly for an estimate and the work doubled in what the estimate was due to the damage of the property. They kept me in tune on a daily basis but the second half of the bill was not given to me as an approximate cost. The workmanship was excellent. The only problem was that they cut an electrical line to a cabinet too close and I had to replace the whole electrical line and light and they didn't reimburse me for me. I really like Jack Corry for his calming personality and the fact that he explained toxic mold and the dangers immediately. He was the reason why I decided to use them. more

They initially told me they could come in three days, but they ended up being available in one and a half. The technician stayed until the air was completely clear and the project was completed. Everything was amazing and worth the price. But again, it's not just the price, consider the people. They're the best. The tech did a great job. I believe he genuinely cared about my company and the building. He had a detailed way of thinking, which he said comes from his background in architecture. There's a lot of people who clean water and mold damage with high school diplomas, but I think the overqualified people do a better job. He was a very smart, detailed guy, and I recommend them for everybody's water damage. Other companies could learn a few things from his estimate, scheduling, and really everything. more
