RUN, don't walk away from this place. I got an eye popping, jaw dropping estimate for a rather simple job. Apparently, they work up estimates using the ""book hours"" instead of actual hours. So the labor is sky high. I could have bought 2 used trailers for the estimate I got to repair the one I have, They told me I had to purchase material, and pay big bucks for shipping, for common things I know they already had on hand. Just another way they screw you. And if you dare question the bill that is way over the estimate, they won't release your trailer and will charge you $200.00 a DAY for storage till you pay up. What does that say about them ? I can't recall a worse customer expierence. If I could, I would rate with 0 stars.
