?Macy's ""vision express"" is not worth my time, energy and money.. trust me, it is not worth yours neither! Poorly trained employess, hurrible customer service, lack of integrity and honesty.. to be specif, their integrity is worth a couple of dollars on the commision the gain by lying to you on their ""no questions asked warrantee"". Don't be fooled! And by the way, when it comes to file a complaint, Macy's is not responsible because Vision Express is just renting the space. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THAT PLACE IF YOU WANT TO AVOID A HEADACHE!
