The eye doctor was very good at explaining everything. Marcus and Maria helped me pick put my glasses. They were very honest and not pushy. I am very happy with the service and my glasses. Thanks, guys. more

Great place to get your eyes checked and pick out a pair of glasses. Dr was very professional. They have a great selection of top of the line frames. Marcus was a great help in helping me pick out the ones that fit me best. Best of all they took my insurance. I would definitely return again and will recommend them to all my friends. more

I scheduled an appointment for an eye exam, but later canceled it because I though I could get a better deal at Cohens Optical in the same mall. The frames at Cohens Optical were so terrible and overpriced that I walked out after my eye exam. BTW I paid them more for it! \r I walked across the mall to the Optical Department of Macy's. Not only did I find a great deal, and 2 pairs of glasses I love... I found Selina who was wonderful. I was sold, fitted, and on my way with 2 pairs of new glasses within 50 minutes. Her co-worker was also very welcoming, and great to deal with. The service was excellent! I am really looking forward to doing business with them again! Thanks to all the staff at the Macys optical department!\r more

Very friendly staff, no lines, great selection, all great quality, more than reasonable prices. The doctor was efficient, knowledgeable, professional, the salesperson (Marcus) spent almost 2 hours with me helping me find the perfect glasses. I will certainly go back when I need new glasses, the place is a class act.\r more

Man, I LOVE this place. Mark, Selina and Maria rock. Super cool frames and great customer service. I popped in on a Saturday looking to get some frames and they spent the better part of an hour helping me find the perfect frames for my face (and there were other customers in the store) and I end up getting two. Then I went back and got 2 more frames. Their suggestions are normally spot on, and even a pair that I wasn't sure about has really grown on me. This doesn't mean that they are pushy as in the end the choice is yours, but that their recommendations should be given honest consideration. Lastly, whoever says the customer service here is bad, is off your rocker! Once I stopped by near closing and they kept the store open so that the gf and I could continuing making our selections. They recognize me by name and routinely wave ""what's up"" when they see me passing by Macys. Now if that is not the hallmark of customer service then I don't know what is. If you are in the market for cool and fashionable eye-wear do yourself a favor and check this place out. more

?Macy's ""vision express"" is not worth my time, energy and money.. trust me, it is not worth yours neither! Poorly trained employess, hurrible customer service, lack of integrity and honesty.. to be specif, their integrity is worth a couple of dollars on the commision the gain by lying to you on their ""no questions asked warrantee"". Don't be fooled! And by the way, when it comes to file a complaint, Macy's is not responsible because Vision Express is just renting the space. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THAT PLACE IF YOU WANT TO AVOID A HEADACHE! more
