Rachlin Management has taken over the management of my condominium a little over a year ago, the entire building was skeptic about changing management in the first place. The transition was smooth and painless. Rachlin management has been a pleasure to work with and is extremely helpful. I have and would highly reccommend them.\r
After reading the other comments I feel it is a shame that such a well run company should have negative reviews. So for me I felt it nessecary to share my feelings about Rachlin Management as well.
