I've been dealing with Rachlin Mgmt. for many years, and have found the staff to be very professional, competent and informative. \r \r I have never had to deal with a management company that's willing to go the extra mile that Rachlin Mgmt. does. more

Breath of Fresh Air 12/1/2010

Rachlin Management has taken over the management of my condominium a little over a year ago, the entire building was skeptic about changing management in the first place. The transition was smooth and painless. Rachlin management has been a pleasure to work with and is extremely helpful. I have and would highly reccommend them.\r After reading the other comments I feel it is a shame that such a well run company should have negative reviews. So for me I felt it nessecary to share my feelings about Rachlin Management as well. more

This company responded to questions they felt they wanted to answer and ingorned what I felt I needed a response to. Behind the times in record keeping. Dismissive and at times condescending. If your looking for new ideas you won't find it here. \r At times upper management seemed to forget who was working for who! Cons: Micro Management-staff not allowed to responed more

RUN THE OTHER WAY 5/2/2010

I am a member of a co-op board that decided to change from Rachlin due to our belief that they were incompetent. During the changeover, they were rude, totally unprofessional, and nasty. Management actually told the staff to be as unhelpful as possible, and that was admitted to my face, at their office, by managementi itself. I don't think more has to be said! I have lived and owned properties throughout the city and I can not tell you what a pleasure it is to finally find a competent, reliable management company. They are extremely friendly, professional, and helpful. Horrible, Horrible, Horrible 10/6/2008

The most incompetent and lazy agency I have ever dealt with. It took them one month and 30 phone calls to write a letter that they did not have a certain document, which they were obliged to provide. If you can avoid them please do, or let your lawyer talk to them. I do not understand how these people stay in business. Cons: lazy and incompetent more
