Atrocious firm--HORRIBLE customer service! Beware! It's staff are hard to reach--impossible during the weekend and during non-office hours when their answering service which is staffed by rude, argumentative operators who will not answer even simple questions is picking up their phones. When my lease with my landlord expires I will NEVER, EVER live in another Brodie managed property! If you are considering living in the Village of Queen Ann DON'T, especially if you have children under 18. \r

I am an adult in my 40's with 12+ years business ownership experience in a customer service dependant industry. I have seen a lot of bad CS in the Baltimore area over the years but Brodie tops the list as THE WORST.
Pros: Must have been the developments lowball bidder...
Cons: Customer service is both worthless and frustrating!
