Businiess name:  Hayashi Japanese Restaurant
Review by:  citysearch c.
Review content:
I've tried every sushi restaurant in Boston, NYC and DC, and by far the very best is Hayashi. Not only is the sushi the freshest I've ever encountered, but I'm now addicted to Chef Young's white tuna tataki with onion and cilantro. It's heavenly! Hayashi also offers what might be the only Asian brunch on Saturdays and Sundays from 10:30AM to 3PM with a choice of sushi, Korean and Japanese egg, meat and fish dishes. Who would have believed that Easton is the home of the most inventive, authentic sushi experience you'll ever find. Pros: Conveniently located in Easton near route 138 Cons: It's a small restaurant, but I've never had to wait for a table.
