Review content:
We just bought a car here last week. We got an okay deal and they seemed nice enough, but I didn't feel like they really cared if we were pleased with our purchase. The car had some small parts missing but the thing that made me mad is that the car was advertised as having a 6 disc changer and was marked off the inspection sheet as working. We found out the day after we brought the car home that the cd player does not work. When my husband called they basically said we were out of luck. I know it is a used car and that it will not be perfect, but if you advertise something shouldn't the customer have the right to get what we were expecting? It surprises me to see how lazy businesses can be in customer service, especially with business being slow for so many. But many don't seem to care about the customer's or their own reputations.
