I am the owner of Party Pals. We have been in business for over a decade. The first bad review we received written this year. \r
I just wanted to let readers know a few things about the review.\r
First, I was in contact with the purchaser the entire process. Our entertainer was late, but was not able to reach the parent for directions, so we had to wait for her to call us to get the correct address. The entertainer was waiting nearby to hear, and once she did, she went to the party. Once there, she did all the activities promised and stayed for the allotted time. I spoke with the purchaser as the entertainer was arriving to make sure it was ok that she still come. I also told the purchaser I would talk to her after her event was over, to compensate her for the tardiness of the entertainer, which we did right away. We also sent out a voucher for her to try us again in the future with another entertainer/character.\r
She informed me after receiving the discount for her party and the voucher, that she was going to write bad reviews on us, so this is my rebuttal.\r
We are a reputable company and can send many good reviews to you if you choose to book us. Our entertainers are the life of the party, and have been doing a great job since 2001. Thanks for giving me the opportunity to give you some information on our company. We look forward to servicing your party needs in the future!
