A Arizona Party Pals

This is a bad company. I worked for AZ party pals. All the employees are paid and treated extremely poorly. and costumes are poorly maintained. I was on my way to a party and my tuck caught on fire, not an overstatement I had a fire in my engine bay. I tried to get ahold of the owner multiple time and call all the numbers that I was given for emergencies, I got nothing. I, as the employee, was then charged for the party not just not paid for the party my pay from other parties was taken from me as well. The owner Jan is in it solely for the money and this type of business that cant be your only focus you loose your entertainment factor. more

The day before my daughters 5th birthday, I finally received a phone call around 8:00 pm confirming the next days event. This was after several phone calls and e-mails on my behalf trying to get in touch with someone. In the phone call, I was promised someone would be at my daughters party. The following day, 11'00 o'clock came and went and no entertainer! Now, what was I to do with 8 little girls who were expecting a ""princess party."" The owner got back with me well after the party was over and apologized and agreed to send someone out to my daughters school to attempt to make things better. On that day, the princess did show, but was rather meek and not very engaging. more

I recently had AZ Party Pals at my daughter's 5th birthday party. Perhaps things have changed since some of the other reviews, because Jennifer was a great communicator. She returned every message I left within 20 minutes. My character arrived a few minutes late, but it was raining cats and dogs outside. She said she typically arrives early. Anyway, the children adored her. She was very friendly and attentive. Even helpful when it came to getting them to calm down to sit and eat. I would use them again. more

I was not impressed with this company at all. I thought they did horrible business and the communication skills were slim to none. The entertainer looked like he was wearing a bed sheet.. The costume was not believable and he did not do well with the kids. We definitely did not get our moneys worth and would not use again. more

\r \r \r \r I have three vendors hired for my first year old baby party. Everybody came but Az Party Pals never showed up for my party. they even took my deposit. I should have read the previous reviews. Later that evening someone from their company called and left me a message stating that they had the wrong date for the party. The price sounded appealing but at the end it was costly. I would not recommend this company to anyone. more

HI\r I am the owner of Party Pals. We have been in business for over a decade. The first bad review we received written this year. \r I just wanted to let readers know a few things about the review.\r First, I was in contact with the purchaser the entire process. Our entertainer was late, but was not able to reach the parent for directions, so we had to wait for her to call us to get the correct address. The entertainer was waiting nearby to hear, and once she did, she went to the party. Once there, she did all the activities promised and stayed for the allotted time. I spoke with the purchaser as the entertainer was arriving to make sure it was ok that she still come. I also told the purchaser I would talk to her after her event was over, to compensate her for the tardiness of the entertainer, which we did right away. We also sent out a voucher for her to try us again in the future with another entertainer/character.\r She informed me after receiving the discount for her party and the voucher, that she was going to write bad reviews on us, so this is my rebuttal.\r We are a reputable company and can send many good reviews to you if you choose to book us. Our entertainers are the life of the party, and have been doing a great job since 2001. Thanks for giving me the opportunity to give you some information on our company. We look forward to servicing your party needs in the future! more

Last weekend we had a visit from Elmo. This furry mascot made my grandsons day. It was a perfect amount of time for an appearance and to have him spend time with the kids.\r The website was easy to view the photos and to book online.\r We got a confirmation from the company,and the entertainer called us prior to the party to go over all of our needs.\r We were highly impressed with the services provided. more

We had Spiderman leap over our wall and into our party. The kids absolutely believed it was him! Ryan was a great entertainer and kept in character the entire time. The kids and parents enjoyed his balloon making and games with the kids. We would highly recommend Party Pals to have a memorable occasion. My son cant stop talking about it! more

I wish I would of read these ratings before booking I booked the clown and Dino for my son's party and they to showed up at the end of the party! Over an hour! Late I to want a full refund and plan calling 3 on you side since I do feel I was ripped off. I have emailed them for a refund but still no reply. The clown was a little girl with a ping wig showing all of her own hair also and the Dino was there for 15 min. since they were so late we had no interaction and only time for a pic. I give it two thumbs down! more
