Undependable Mulch!!!!!!! Ordered and paid for topsoil on May 13, 2011. Delivery truck struck the side of my house causing $2000 worth of damage. Almost two months later-no resolution of the damage to my house. Numerous calls to Jason Diller, John, Chris Rousseau (owner) results in many promises but no action, no apology , no refund, no repairs to my house! I had to go up to the place of business to get any response at all. Jason Diller, though listed as ""manager"" is in reality a minion who claims he does not have the authority to assist you. He is the person I encountered at their office. My interaction with him revolved around his repetitive, constant muttering of the words ""point of reference"" in what I can only assume was a misguided attempt to appear intelligent. Note to Jason, if you feel the need to perseverate on a phrase you should choose one that actually applies to the situation at hand. In this case the words ""vicarious liability"" would have been a good choice. These people are the lowest of the low. The Rousseau family that owns and operates the business is known for bad business practices, according to one landscaper I spoke with recently. They have an ""F"" rating by the Better Business Bureau and do not belong to the local Chamber of Commerce, probably because of their poor customer service history. Avoid at all costs! Pictures of my damaged house are posted above.
