Review content:
I recently purchased a washer and dryer from topline. The sales associate we dealt with was awesome! He told us there was a 120 day warranty on the washer and dryer. Shortly after purchasing them we had issues with the washer it was leaking everywhere. We took it in to topline dropped it off they put a new pump in it no problem. About a month after that (still well within our 120 day warranty) it stoppped spinning and just made really loud clunking noises. So i drove back to topline to drop it off. The associate in the service dept. tells me he only warranties used appliances for thirty days. I explain to him that i have a 120 day warranty and last time i brought it in i had no problems. He tells me im wrong and that i must of overloaded my washer and that i can bring it in but i have to pay for repairs. I couldnt find my receipt so i didnt sit and argue. We go home tear our washer apart realize a parts broken drive back to topline to replace it to find out its a 100 dollar part. While talking to the service associate he tells me he only offers 30 day warranties but he knows his appliances will last well over that period of time. Which kinda upset me so i tell him ive had nothing but issues with his appliances and tell him he had already replaced the pump. So he asks for my info and pulls up our receipt. Then says if we want to bring it in and get another one hell give me $75 credit for my washer towards another one. By this point im so over it that i decide to look elsewhere to replace or repair my washer. I get home go through some paper work and find my receipt which clearly states i have a 120 day warranty the same receipt the associate looked at when he told me hed give me $75 for my washer. When i confronted him about the situation and showed him the washer they said theyd fix it within a few days. And let me tell you what an awesome job they did.. as i write this that damn washer i squealing and make all types of racket. Instead of replacing the clutch they sprayed it with sticky stuff for a temporary fix. Im so overly dissapointed with topline I can't put it into words.. All theyve given me is a horrible washer and a giant headache. Would not recommend them to my worst enemy
