According to the California State Veterinary Board, in 2003 Dr. James Haubert, Valley Animal Hospital, had his veterinary medical license revoked. Dr. Haubert was then placed on three years probation. The premises license/permit for Valley Animal Hospital was also revoked, then placed on probationary status with limited practice.\r
