Review content:
I came during emeregency hours, and had to wait for the ""technician"" to grab his sandwich to come back. No one was at the front desk, and this is 5PM!!! Not even late. I was then still charged the emer. fee, and told that if i hadnt brought him in, my dog would have been hysterically sick. (This IS NOT WHAT YOU SAY TO A DOG OWNER TO CALM THEM DOWN) After being charged $400 in blood tests, fluids, and an overnight stay, I took my dog home to find another tick. (when I had brought him in for infection from a tick) When I went in, the MANAGER, JORGE C. greeted me with, ""oh yeh thats the dogh with Lyme disease.""
Then the ""doctor"" comes in after making me wait for 20 mins., and doesnt even know if the injection they gave him will help with lyme. Needless to say, I got a copy of his records and was out of there, RUNNING to another doctor.
