Review content:
We are 4 couples who get together for dinner, once a month, or so. We wanted to do a casual night out at a steakhouse. We had all been to Frank's but many years before, so we were anxious to try it again. First, the waiter dropped an entire drink on me as we were waiting for our meal. The manager was rude and then they refused to move us to another table that was open (which was not under the air-conditioner vent). I was drenched. Then we had to wait over 1 hour for the appetizers to get delivered. They were served luke warm. More mistakes with the entree's, and the night was a bust. Several of us got sick the next day. Coincidently friends of ours went the next week and they came home sick too, and complained about shoddy service and rude management.
Pros: it is a steakhouse
Cons: bad service, sub-par food that was not correctly cooked, rude management.
