My family booked a room because this hotel allowed pets and we were stopping in Lake George on short notice. The floors in our room were dirty and, I discovered the next morning (we had checked in late in the evening) the shower was covered in mildew and tiles were falling off the wall. When I complained, the manager rudely told me that since I had a child and pet I should not expect to get a good room. Rather than either concede the room was in poor condition and issue a refund (or not), the manager continued to insist that there was nothing really wrong with the room and we were at fault for not complaining sooner. The room was in such bad shape, it should not have been rented at all EVER. I will not be returning to O'Sullivan's and would probably skip Lake George altogether if this was the only hotel with vacancy.
