I have had a very different experience at Studio 924 than the previous reviewer. My sister recommended Jen to me when I moved to Madison about a year ago and I have been seeing her ever since. I am very comfortable with Jen. She is great at what she does and is fun to talk to while I am getting a new ""do"". She has nursed my overprocessed hair back to health and has given me a color that is more flattering to my skin tone. She doesn't try to do anything wacky with my hair, but does offer suggestions to improve it. I would not hesitate to recommend her to a friend. Just to show how much I like her --- I drive all the way from the west side of town!
Pros: The salon is in a great old building with character.
Cons: Parking on East Johnson can be a challenge.
