Review content:
Went to Kokeb for my 49th birthday on Feb 1, 2011 with my son. It was our first time eating Ethiopian food. I have been sponsoring a girl in Ethiopia for about 8 years and always wanted to try the food so I could experience what she does. We were not diasappointed!!!! It was so good we decided to get a second order to take home with us since we live about an hour and a half away from Seattle and don't get up there very often. We had the Atkilt Beyayenetu Combo and the Sega Beyayenetu Combo. Loved the spices so much I'm now researching recipes online so maybe I can make some at home. The staff was friendly and conversational which I appreciated. The only downside was they seriously need to get new chairs, clean them or have them re-upholstered!!!! Plus they kept playing one Ethiopian song over and over and over again! It was nice the first couple of times but then it just became annoying. Overall though I give it an A+++++++
