I'm really a kid at heart, so I love toy shopping for my toddler daughter and her older cousins. Piccolo Mondo is my favorite toy store bar none, and I've been around. The things I love about this place is their unique toy selection, and great service (with complimentary gift wrapping). They have a great selection of european toys, as well as some american favorites (such as Thomas the Tank Engine and Melissa and Doug toys). Piccolo Mondo isn't a cheap toystore but their prices aren't any higher than those of their bigger competitors, and all their toys are worth every penny you pay. They have toys for all ages, a book section, puzzles (i love that they have puzzles for pre-schoolers), dolls and doll houses, science and learning kits, musical instruments, infant toys (a beautiful selection of loveys), dress up clothes, wooden play food, outdoor toys and trikes; the list goes on, and every item there is extremely well made and durable. If you want to get the children in your life a wonderful gift that even you will want to play with Piccolo Mondo is the toy store for you.
