THIS COMPANY RESORTS TO WHAT AMOUNTS TO BULLYING WHEN YOU TRY TO GET WARRANTY WORK DONE! PICK ANOTHER SHOP AND DON’T ALLOW YOURSELF TO BE INTIMIDATED WHEN YOU COME ACROSS A PLACE LIKE THIS! We had to get the police involved to get our vehicle back once we dropped it off for repair work that was under warranty (bubbling paint/horrible swirl marks in a ‘soft’ clear coat/ect). They had no right to keep it – no money owed, lien, ect. You have options out there and Fender Mender shouldn’t be one of them.
Cons: Very, very bad attitudes and refusal to repair their work
