I have used Barry and Fender Mender numerous times and they are a FANTASTIC body shop!! Always on time with great prices..Hard to beat Fender Mender!!\r \r Sounds like Gary and Julie are the problem -- probably wanted everything for nothing. Go figure. SHAME ON YOU GARY AND JULIE!! more

I have filed a Better Business Bureau complaint against this business. I am a female that was on the receiving end of one Barry Dismore's tirades. This is no longer a world where you can go under the radar when you act inappropriately. It seems that he is a repeat offender from all the reviews I am reading. I was cursed at and felt very threatened by this hostile individual. Women beware. Shame on you Fender Mender!!! more

I took our car to fender mender and had a quote written. The quote was high and we decided to sell our car. We called the secretary and informed her of the situation and she said it was okay to leave the car for a few days. When we showed up with the individuals to purchase the vehicle from us the next day, the owner of fender mender started screaming at my wife and I about him writing up a quote for nothing and screamed at the people purchasing the car for stealing business from him. He had my wife in tears, told us we had 30 min to get the car off his property and kicked the new owners of the vehicle off his property. He has multiple bad reviews on Yahoo and Google for the exact same behavior but we had not looked at his business on the internet before taking the car to him. Hopefully the new owners were able to retrieve the car from his lot the next day. I see that many other people on Google and Yahoo have had similar experiences. Hopefully they will follow up their complaints with a BBB complaint as well as reviews here and also write to their their insurance companies to ask them to stop using Fender Mender. Hopefully the owner Barry will seek counseling or psychiatric care for his anger management issues so this behavior will not continue with future customers. more

I took my car there last week, no appointment and Barry scheduled me for the next day, and did an excellent job fixing it. I was very impressed with what they did and they were less expensive than another shop. Finally, they took my car right away to get it fixed where I would have had to wait a week with another shop. more

My daughter wrecked her truck last week and Fender Mender took care of it pronto. This is the best this truck has ever looked! I was worried with the truck painted a dark metallic gray, and it is10 years old, but the paint matches perfectly. Over the years Fender Mender has painted some of my classic cars, repaired my wrecked race car and took care of every dent and ding the family has encountered. You know we will be back! more

These guys have been open for more than 20 years, which is what made me use them. When I got there I thought the shop setup was odd, but noticed the vehicles being repaired looked great. You don't stay in business that long with out turning out great work and customer service, so I tried them out. My 06 Ridgeline had been hit in the rear so I needed the tailgate, the bumper cover the supports etc fixed. I dropped my truck off on Monday and Barry had it fixed up and ready on Friday. The truck looks awesome! It looks just like when i bought it. Fender Mender matched paint color and got everything aligned perfectly. I have been dealing with Fender Mender for 20 years. Raising six boys was not easy on my insurance budget and Barry and his team always worked within my State Farm Estimates. Barry is not one to go to for cheap but it is where to go for honest, high quality, and freindly servoce. For non insurance claims he has always given me the best pricing and very sound advice. He will stand behind his work. I have refered many friends and they all have been satisfied. Pros: Always on time with high quality Cons: Have never found one more

They did an excellent job fixing the front and back of our car. They did a fantastic job with the paint, and their customer service was exceptional. They worked with our insurance company to get the work done quickly and efficiently. Will certainly recommend over and over! more

I have used The Fender Mender for my personal vehicles since 1983. I would not hesitate to take my classic Jaguar to him or my wife's Lexus. As an insurance professional in Keller for 23 years, my staff and I have recommended this shop over 1,000 times. Over that 23 year period of time, I have had two of my customers that were not satisfied , but in both instances I saw the vehicles personally and the customer's complaints were not valid. This is the best shop your going to find. Pros: Trustworthy, Fair and Stands behind his work Cons: Their good reputation keeps them busy. more

Sorry about you bad luck crawfordxoxo, I believe there are 2 sides to every story. They have fixed 8 cars within my family (uncles, mom, dad,2 brothers, grandma, and 2 of my own) and all our cars turned out great. I would trust and highly reccommend them. I have been using and sending people to Fender Mender for almost 15 years. I have found him honest and one of the best repair guys around. He does take his time to make sure is is done right. THIS COMPANY RESORTS TO WHAT AMOUNTS TO BULLYING WHEN YOU TRY TO GET WARRANTY WORK DONE! PICK ANOTHER SHOP AND DON’T ALLOW YOURSELF TO BE INTIMIDATED WHEN YOU COME ACROSS A PLACE LIKE THIS! We had to get the police involved to get our vehicle back once we dropped it off for repair work that was under warranty (bubbling paint/horrible swirl marks in a ‘soft’ clear coat/ect). They had no right to keep it – no money owed, lien, ect. You have options out there and Fender Mender shouldn’t be one of them. Cons: Very, very bad attitudes and refusal to repair their work more
