Review content:
In January of 2011, we contracted Thompson's Waterproofing to correct a water issue in our basement. Prior to signing a contract, we met with a representative (Mic McGregor) who identified where and why the water was getting into our basement. At that time, we were shown a virtual model of the problem and the way in which the issue would be corrected. We signed a contract stating there was a lifetime transferrable warranty that water would not collect in the designated area of the basement once Thompson's completed the service. The cost of the service was $1,500.00.\r
When the spring rains began, water was gathering in the basement once again (in the same location Thompson's ""corrected."") It took the company several days to even respond to our calls, and when they finally returned to the house on June 18, 2011, the service man literally spent less than 5 minutes at our home ""addressing the issue."" He sprayed sealant on the concrete and claimed that, ""No one ever sealed it after the previous job."" \r

He indicated that the pipe was likely in the wrong spot; however, his boss would want to try the cheapest fix first. Unfortunately, the water continues to collect in our basement.\r
We called Thompson's three weeks ago (September 18th) and spoke to Natasha. She scheduled an appointment for today (October 5); however, they didn
