If there was a ""0"" I'd use that instead of 1 star rating. To be a careful driver I pulled off the road to have a sandwich with my fishing buddy. There was a drainage ditch that was not marked and I hit it. Highway patrol stopped by and said he would help me. He called my towing company - Good Sam - and then told me that it would take 3 hours or more for them to pull me out. (I called Good Sam today and they told me that the record shows that they told the officer it would take about an hour). He said he had a local towing company to use and it would cost about $50. Said they would come out within an 1 hour and 15 minutes. When RBS towing got there he pulled me out in about 5 minutes. Then he quoted me a price of $100!! I knew that price was outrageous so I asked him what would the price be if he towed me - he told said $65 and $5 a mile, so I said why didn't you bill that way? He got nasty and that's what we charge and if I didn't like it he'd put me back in the ditch. I was very angry. This will never happen to me again and I'll never use RBS again. You know the old saying when someone is unhappy they tell at least 8 people - well facebook and twitter will hear all about this. Long story short - like I say in my headline above - STAY CLEAR.
