In my opinion, for a company to be successful, after estabishing policies which govern the general well being of that company, must rely on the people it hires to project a certain positive image. My experience with your company from the 1st phone call placed on Mon, May 24th until your technician left 7 hours later, has assured my why yours is a successful business. I can't say enough good things regarding the two employees that helped us. Both gentlemen not only answered my questions, but left me a better informed person as to not only what caused the problem, but how they planned to solve it. Albert & Ron are both definite assets to your organization.\r
Although I don't look forward to seeing them anytime again too soon (lol) if another plumbing problem should arise, without hesitation, Roto-rooter will get my business!!
