The guys did an amazing job! They showed up almost immediately after I scheduled the appt. They knew exactly what the issue was and worked immediately to unclog the main drain. Roto Rooter came to my house on the 17th and 18th of August, they were both very friendly and outgoing. They explained the problem to me in very simple terms and even put on a smile and a laugh. They were very clean, didnt leave any dirt in my house and cleaned up after themselves. After discussing what was wrong they got to work and after they were finished they walked through and showed me what they did and how they did it. They broke down the prices which were very reasonable and even offered me a new sink for my bathroom for a cheap price. They made sure to let me know that I can call them if I have any problems with what they accomplished! I would recommend roto rooter for all your plumbing needs! more

In my opinion, for a company to be successful, after estabishing policies which govern the general well being of that company, must rely on the people it hires to project a certain positive image. My experience with your company from the 1st phone call placed on Mon, May 24th until your technician left 7 hours later, has assured my why yours is a successful business. I can't say enough good things regarding the two employees that helped us. Both gentlemen not only answered my questions, but left me a better informed person as to not only what caused the problem, but how they planned to solve it. A few years ago I had them install two new toilets and they did an excellent job. I called them today to have a new faucet installed on my kitchen sink. Bob came out and asked me what I wanted,gave me an estimate, went to get and came back within an hour and installed it. He explained about the warranty and where I could call to get parts if needed. They are very professional and efficent and I would recommend them to my friends and family. I will definately call them for all my plumbing needs. more
