I'm so pleased with this business. It's really good to know that a place like this still exsists in the Midtown Area. Ok I was in the store on 12/11/09 to ship my grandchildren there xmas gifts. And since I work until 5pm I didn't arrive until Mail & More was about to close at 5:30pm. As I'm pulling up the gentleman / owner is locking the doors for the evening. So as I get out of my car with my bags he just smiled & welcomes me with open arms! He stayed open for like another 45 mins, just for me. He helped me gift wrap all the gifts (which they don't gift wrap) he packed them all up in boxes afterwards to insure they would arrive not damaged. I was so impressed with this gentleman I tried giving him a tip for his time & going the extra mile. But he just smiled & said ""No thank you stir"" I'll see you next time. Try getting this kind of service @ UPS Store, FedEx Kinkos or the Post Office. It will NEVER happen. Mail & More you have earned another customer for life. Thank you!
