This is a great store with a terrific location for midtowners, and a wide variety of services. They primarily do packing/shipping, and also offer mail boxes for rent. They have many other useful business services as well.
However, beginning in early 2009, they seem to close early 3 or 4 days a week. Some days they never open. They also cut their hours (from 6:30, then to 6pm, then to 5:30...but they are rarely open past 5). When I asked management about this, they were extremely defensive - not apologetic at all.
They also miss many UPS deliveries, and no longer offer FedEx pickups at all. They will definitely go out of business soon with this philosophy - so I would strongly advise NOT renting a mail box there. If you need shipping/packing services, and they happen to be open, then I think it's great.
But the last 4 consecutive times I've gone over there, it's either closed early due to slow business, or not open at all (due to illness, etc).
If the owners are open to feedback (and frankly, they're not) I would suggest to them expanding their services to justify additional hours/staff. Perhaps expand to an commissioned eBay drop spot, mail forwarding, out-of-state corporation services, put in a security door for 24 hour access to mail boxes, etc.
Frankly, there aren't too many people offering these services any more - FedEx/Kinkos and UPS stores have run many of the mail box companies out. But Kinkos does not rent mail boxes. They should offer the "gap" services that the large chains do not offer - unfortunately, all of this will fall on deaf ears.
Pros: Convenient location, good range of services
Cons: Unreliable, closes early, missed deliveries
