The most horrible experience ever.I told the colorist Nicole my formula for my hair and not to put me under the heat .She did not care to listen and did the opposite.As a result the hair broke off and the scalp burned.At first they did not want to give me my money back.I tried to reach the owner Jim Pacifico,but he is unreachable since he lives far away in Denver and left authority to management.They do not even practice Aveda experience of free hand and scalp massage,all other Avedas do.I just recently heard they hired a bunch of students fresh out of beauty school,but they will not tell you that.Now i need to go to a doctore for this burn and loss.I do not wish this for anyone.PLEASE DO NOT RISK YOUR BEAUTY.Thank you.
