I was impressed with Mr. Butterworth, because he came out to give me an estimate when he was scheduled to and he was on time. After he gave me the estimate, he never returned my phone calls and I don't think I have to beg anyone to take my money! I can't give Mr. Butterworth an review on his work, but what was even more important to me, he should have follow through with what he agreed to do. If you don't want the job or can't do the job, please let the customer know. I am not upset, but disappointed, but for some businesses, unless they are hungry, you may never hear back from them again. I am thankful this happened and will not ever call him again!
