My family recently had the opportunity to be in the market for a piano. My wife has grown up playing the piano and I truly enjoy the comfort of hearing her play. As a business professional, who values subject matter experts and unique customer service throughout the buying process, I immediately went to Classic Pianos based on their solid reputation. Simply stated, my expectations were exceeded. Brian took the additional time to walk us through their diverse inventory of pianos and we never had a feeling of being overwhelmed at any point in time. The staff also took extra special care when handling the purchasing and delivery process, since it was a surprise. A Christmas Eve delivery of the piano was orchestrated beautifully with relative ease. The communication and workflow process of the Classic Pianos team ensures the consumer is valued and taken care of to the fullest extent possible. Thanks again!!!
